Oriental Watch Company x G-SHOCK 40th anniversary pop-up exhibition

G-SHOCK 40th Anniversary Limited Edition Watch Exhibition is officially launched at Oriental Watch – 555 Nathan Road shop! From now to 28th April 2023, the exhibition showcases the 40th anniversary models, including the Flare Red models and the latest series - Adventurer’s Stone. Come and visit the exhibition at Oriental Watch in Yau Ma Tei!

The 40th anniversary Flare Red models, the MTG-B3000FR and GWG-2040FR, feature multicolor laminated bezels made with phosphorescent material, demonstrating the solar energy. A newly developed technique is used to laminate carbon and colored glass fiber sheets together to forge a unique bezel for every watch. The logo commemorating the G-SHOCK 40th anniversary, designed by renowned artist Eric Haze, is engraved on the case back, makes it a significant model to commemorate 40 years of G-SHOCK innovation.

Another 40th anniversary series - the Adventurer’s Stone includes six models: GM-S5640GEM-7, GM-5640GEM-1, GM-2140GEM-2A, GM-S2140GEM-9A, GM-114GEM-1A9 and GM-S114GEM-1A2. They are inspired by the stones known to adventurers as useful compasses since the Middle Ages, expressing a rough stony texture and multicolour sparkle. These special watches, brimming with the spirit of adventure, inspire people to take on new challenges.
