  1. To become a member of Oriental Watch Co. Ltd., registration is only required. The validity period of membership is permanent. Member accumulate qualified purchasing for different membership tiers and enjoy the relevant benefits of that membership tiers.

  2. Spending one (1) local currency at Shops under Oriental Watch Co. Ltd. will earn one (1) score. Qualified Purchasing calculation shall be based on the actual purchasing amount net of discount (if any).

  3. The Birthday Gift privileges is valid up to a maximum 24 months, i.e. till the end on 31st December of the year immediately following the year from the date of purchasing; any purchasing in the last calendar year when the Birthday Gift privileges end, the validity period of Birthday Gift privileges shall extend to 31st December of the following year. Member is required to login and register the birthday information under the membership platform to receive a "Birthday Message" via the registered mobile phone number and redeem the birthday gift by following the redemption instructions in the message.

  4. The Festive Surprise Gift shall be launched unscheduled.
