From now till 30^th September, MR-G Collection Pop-Up Exhibition is available at Oriental Watch flagship store in 50 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong, displaying the latest 2019 watch collection, which includes the limited edition – Gassan MRG-G2000GA watch. With contemporary Japanese artistry as the theme of this exhibition, the watch collection highlights the uniqueness of Japanese craftsmanship, embodied by CASIO G-SHOCK.

MR-G, the flagship collection of CASIO G-SHOCK has incorporated a brand-new concept by launching the latest, limited edition – Gassan MRG-G2000GA watch, which is only available in 300 pieces worldwide. Inspired by the Japanese swords, which are known as a symbol of strength and beauty, the Gassan MRG-G2000GA is hand-finished by an excellent craftsman in the Gassan tradition of Japanese swordsmiths.

Furthermore, the most expensive CASIO watch, G-SHOCK ‘Dream Project’ G-D5000-9A, which is made of 18K pure gold, is also displayed in this pop-up exhibition. With only 35 pieces available worldwide and having its rectangular case, strap and tiny screws entirely made of pure gold., G-D5000-9A watch is a symbol of ultra-exuberance.

Moreover, the latest ‘GIN-DAME’ MRG-B1000D-1A in the MR-G collection is displayed in the exhibition, marking its first ‘visit’ in Hong Kong. Inspired by the traditional Japanese lacquered artwork, or ‘gin-dame’ in Japanese, the watch manifests a sense of sophistication and elegance. With the use of red and silver as the principle colours of the design, the watch fully realises the ideologies of Japanese beauty and strength, while upholding the G-SHOCK MR-G classic features and excellent functionality.
